I woke up, and my foot looked AT LEAST 20 years younger. Thats right, 20 YEARS YOUNGER. Have I been depriving them of the miracle that is #sheabutter just because I have an allergic disdain mentally for wearing socks to bed? Have I just become a Shea Butter and sock-to-bed combo kinda fella?

If you or your mattress mate can hear your feet - you need help in the moisturizing department and fast! Thanks to my sock-to-bed-sacrifice for all of you reading this (doing the Lords work here really) I have found the solution.
Unrefined, 100% Organic and #NaturalAfricanSheaButter. My personal favorite is the #EuGenia (means the origin of goodness) Organic and Natural Shea Butter thats Mother/Daughter owned (I have a particular scent of theirs that I purchased off of #QVC that I cannot recall and at first I was like, "Hmmm do I like this scent"? Now, I cant get enough of it - its wildly intoxicating. I cannot find it on their website, and I hope that it still exists somewhere out there because it is amazing)!
I scooped out the Shea Butter and generously - I MEAN GENEROUSLY applied it to my foot up to my ankle. Massaging it into my heels, nails, in between my toes, and onto the sides of my hooves. Then terror set in. I cannot sleep with socks on, but my feet are so buttered up I could put #BigTex from the Texas State Fair to shame. I had to put on the socks. There was no other option. I socked up, prayed for sleep, and hoped that the socks would remain on my feet at least long enough for the Shea Butter to go to work and do its thang.
Today, as I sit here typing with feet so youthful, moisturized and dare I say younger looking I may of embarked upon a new journey in this life of becoming a sock sleeper ONLY on those nights of #selfcare for my footsies which I think will become a once a week ritual. My feet feel fabulous, and renewed - a perfect treat for the hard-working road warriors thats carry me through this life.
